Buildings
that stay in constant movement, like the own nature, to receive from
her energy and to adapt to the necessities of power consumption at
every moment. Power self-sufficient buildings that continuously vary
their form to offer a different and possibly unique profile constantly.
And not only the external image of the building is variable, but that
from its interior, this movement offers to its inhabitants a dynamic
landscape that defeat 360º and completely extends its vision of
the outer surroundings.
The revolutionary of this building not only is in his movement, but in
its method of construction and its capacity to produce
energy.
These buildings are
formed by an infrastructure ad hoc, and prefabricated elements of high
resistance, very slight, that are assembled with facility and allow to
a construction with smaller costs in time and personnel.
This project of Dynamic Architecture horizontally uses placed Aeolian
turbines between each floor. Therefore, a tower of 59 floors, it will
have up to 58 turbines of wind, turning to the building a small
electrical power station that produces ecological energy. The author of
the project is conceited of which not only she will generate the
sufficient energy for the self-supplying of the building, but that will
produce excessive of energy for other 10 buildings.
The
helices
of the turbines are made in carbon fiber, with an aerodynamic form that
does not produce noises and respects the acoustics of the building and
they
say us that, when having the power plant in the own building, not only
it
improves the efficiency but also the maintenance costs diminish.
In the first building
of this
type, that will be constructed in Dubai at the end of 2007, also they
are going away to support in the solar energy, that will serve to drive
the turn of the different plants.
Ah, and if somebody is prone to the mareos, does not have to worry,
because the turn of each plant can be controlled from each one of them,
and is very smooth. The complete turn takes up to 90 minutes. The
building is planned for use of apartments , floors , offices, garages
and centers of leisure. It will be necessary to see if the execution of

desires of the architectonic study.

project has intention to be constructed in many places of the world and
has inspired to other similar projects.
